Coldwell Banker Highlands Properties can trace its local roots back to 1973, when it began as Hunter Realty in Lake Placid. In the early 1980's, a Sebring office was added and both offices became Coldwell Banker Hunter Realty & Associates. Affiliating with the best available national firm was the objective of the ownership, and we feel the same today -- if there was a real estate organization that provided better support than Coldwell Banker for our Customers and Associates, we would join it.
In 1992 the Lake Jackson Office was acquired by Otterman Enterprises, Inc., who later obtained the Lake Placid Office in 1999 (then operating as Coldwell Banker Stephen L. Miller Realty), and began operating as Coldwell Banker Highlands Properties.
Our past is not nearly as important as our future. We still believe that a successful real estate transaction requires having satisfied customers when it has been completed. Our Team of Professionals have years of experience behind them, and the support of the Coldwell Banker system, integrated to provide you the results you expect.
We look forward to serving ALL of your real estate needs in Highlands County Florida.
